Extrude edges down to follow outline of plan.
I then dragged and shaped the headlight edges, then dragging each vert to almost meet the nose.
Make simple body shape.
Grab edges and extrude, I did this as many times as I felt were needed.
I then created a smooth corner to join up the front and side.
